Valerii is the chair of the Cybersecurity working group in the National Digital Transformation Coalition, a member of the Target Reforms Team under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, 

Co-founder of the NGO Crime Stoppers Ukraine ( a member of Crime Stoppers International network).

A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics

Valerii has more than 25 years of experience implementing IT projects and has participated in creating and implementing a Strategy to reform the Ministry of Internal Affairs system in the areas of IT and international cooperation.

The International Cyber Academy is an innovative environment in the cyber education ecosystem. It’s aimed at promoting the development of an effective digital economy and a safe society.

OLEH DEREVIANKO

Co-founder

Oleh Derevianko is a business and social entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in leadership, management, strategy, B2B sales, startups, team building, change management, and
organizational development.


He is the co-founder and chairman of the Bard of ISSP — Information Systems Security Partners and a co-founder of International Cyber Academy.


In 2015–2016 Oleh served as Deputy Minister, Chief of Staff at Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

 

He is the founder of the Institute for Self-Realization (Kyiv), author and founder of School Angels Initiative.

ROMAN SOLOGUB

Co-founder

Roman is a co-founder and CEO of ISSP – Information Systems Security Partners. He is also a co-founder of GuardYoo – an innovative startup that offers affordable automated cybersecurity services for small and medium sized companies.

Roman is a visionary executive with a strong background in cybersecurity engineering. He has more than 12 years of experience in managing and implementing complex projects, business and operational company development in Ukraine, North America and CEEME countries. 

Roman is a frequent speaker and participant at cybersecurity forums such as S4XEUROPE, CS3STHLM, Web Summit and Collision. 

Working with our clients, we’ve noticed a great demand for qualified cybersecurity experts.

MAIA GOGUADZE

Advisor to the Board

Maia has 12 years of experience in managing authorized Information Technologies training centers in Georgia.

 

Since 2014 she works as the director of ISSP Training Center, one of the leading training centers in Georgia and Ukraine. She has extensive experience in establishing and nurturing relations with the world leading training providers.

 

In partnership with the State Educational Sector and Institutions, she has been involved in the projects of identifying young talents in the field of information technology and cyber security.

 

Maia is involved in various Cyber Hygiene programs for cybersecurity awareness raising. Since 2018 she is director of ISSP.

Today, it’s critical for not only specialists but also average users of computers and other electronic devices to know the basics of cybersecurity and adhere to the rules of cyber hygiene.

PAUL R. ZALUCKY

Member of Advisory Board

Paul R. Zalucky serves as Managing Director of Enki Consulting, LLC. He brings strategic expertise and geopolitical perspectives gained from 27 years overseas as an Operations Officer with the Central Intelligence Agency.

He is a Central and Eastern Europe expert and has experience in South Asia and the Middle East. He spent most of his career overseas, devising solutions to political and cultural challenges, and engaging foreign government officials on terrorism, proliferation, geopolitical risk, and regional stability issues.

Mr. Zalucky serves as an advisor to Growth Research Unit, in Krakow, Poland, an association of economists dedicated to the analysis of growth and development trends in Central and Eastern Europe.

He is fluent in Polish, Ukrainian, and Russian.

The world is facing unprecedented threats, and we must learn to counter them.

We should do all we can to increase the number of people who are competent in matters of cybersecurity.

SHANE SHOOK

Member of Advisory Board

Dr. Shane Shook is an Independent and Affiliate Consulting and Testifying Expert with Bates Group.  He provides critical analysis and reporting in cases involving information management and governance.

Since 1986, his work has included testimony in high profile cases or projects involving securities and financial fraud, transfer pricing for software and hardware and related operations, source code licensing and intellectual property protection.

Dr. Shook’s specialties include: Information Security, Data Privacy, Systems and Business Continuity, Source Code Secure Development, Data Management, Systems Architecture, Trading Systems (ECN, ETN, and Algorithmic), Quantitative Analysis, Artificial Intelligence, Forensics, and e-Discovery.
