Digital Intelligence and Information Space Management

This program provides a systematic understanding of the ways in which information originates and is disseminated as well as an understanding of information risks and the role of information in the operations of an organization. Students will learn the basics of open-source intelligence and forecasting and will develop competences in applying technical means to organizational communications, performance control, and subject/object screening.

Project Management

In this course students will learn what a project is, various project phases, governing bodies in the project, volume / quality / budget management, project initiation, deviations management, project risks, project closure, design documentation, cases.

Modern approaches in IT Management

During the course students will learn about business and IT strategy, the role of CIO in modern business, international management methodologies (COBIT), IT Audits, IT service management, how to identify pain points, KPI of IT Director, customer focus in IT, IT Marketing, career in and after IT.
